The band led by Andrés Ferreiro takes us back in time, recalling the freshness of Los Piratas. Beyond the similarities in their distinctive stage presence, the young artist has inherited a taste for deep, meaningful lyrics.

This has led to a surge of attention on social media in recent weeks following Andrés’ surprise appearance alongside Leiva at a concert at Náutico de San Vicente, sparking curiosity about who QUERIDO are—the project led by the young Ferreiro.

The four members of this emerging band—Raúl Fernández (drums), Roque Ben (keyboards and synthesizers), Antón Vigara (bass and synthesizers), and Andrés Ferreiro (vocals and keyboards)—have shared a deep passion for music from an early age, dedicating countless hours to honing their skills. This shared passion brought them together to form Querido.

The band’s sound is shaped by a wide range of musical influences, including artists and bands such as Love of Lesbian, Iván Ferreiro, Egon Soda, Radiohead, Pink Floyd, and Arctic Monkeys. These influences intertwine uniquely in QUERIDO’s compositions, creating a style that blends catchy melodies with deep and meaningful lyrics.

The band has recently released their debut album, featuring nine standout tracks. The record explores ethereal themes such as love, freedom, and the philosophy of life. Each song is a window into introspection, inviting listeners to reflect on their own emotional and existential journey. The combination of intimate lyrics with the energy and dynamism of QUERIDO’s music creates a unique and enriching listening experience.

Alongside the album, the band from Vigo has announced their first tour, “UNA NUEVA ESPERANZA IV TOUR”, which will take place across six Spanish cities—Barcelona, Huesca, Vigo, A Coruña, Bilbao, and Madrid—throughout the month of November.
